At the end of the 2nd credit a cumulative review and exam is required before beginning the next text, Intermediate Algebra. If you lack the basic algebra skills found in Ch. 1-5, 7, and 8 of Introductory Algebra consider enrolling in the MRC Math 60, Beginning Algebra course.
CALCULATOR: A scientific calculator is useful and required in this course. However, we encourage you to do most of your numeric work in this course by hand (to reinforce basic skills) THEN use a calculator to check your work. Calculators may be used on all exams. You are to provide your own calculator.
